Look, we know you took a chance on us — kind of like every storm chaser who looks at a rotating wall cloud and thinks "yeah, let's get closer." So if something goes wrong, we promise not to leave you stranded on the side of a Kansas highway.

We'll make it right if:

• 📦 We sent you the wrong gear (not your fault — ours)
• 😬 Something arrived damaged or defective (Mother Nature isn't the only thing that can be destructive)

Just act fast! Refund requests need to be made within 30 days of your purchase date — about the same amount of time it takes to work up the courage to go outside again after a close call. ⏰
